Delete your account

Deleting your AEONFALL account is permanent. It erases your player profile and name, your coins, items and best score, your leaderboard entries, your friends and friend requests, and any gifts waiting in your inbox. None of it can be recovered afterwards, and support cannot restore it.

In the game

This is the fastest way, and the only one that deletes your account immediately:

1. Open AEONFALL.
2. Go to Settings → Player Profile.
3. Tap Delete Account.
4. Type your player code to confirm.

You are asked to type your code because a single mis-tap should not be able to erase everything you have.

If you cannot open the game

If you have uninstalled AEONFALL or cannot reach the settings screen, email us from the support page and ask for your account to be deleted.

We will ask you to prove the account is yours before deleting anything. Your player code alone is not enough — it is meant to be shared with friends, so anyone who has seen it could otherwise delete your account.

What we keep

Nothing that identifies you. Deleting your account removes every record tied to it. Aggregate figures that cannot be traced back to a person — such as how many games have been played in total — are not affected.
